All of us have charted a course through parade grounds, corridors of Army Schools, and inside the Services Selection Boards along with vast operational experience - handling men and material in exttremely challenging environments on our borders. During that journey, the uniqueness of each individual and their untapped potential was always astonishing and invigorating to see. The "VDYA Way" is a Three Step Process

Step 1 - Understanding You and your requirements. This is the pre-counselling discussion with the counsellor. It should take 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 2 - Taking the online assessment as required by you or as recommended by the counsellor. This would take you 30 to 45 minutes. After you complete your test you are requested to activate your claimed reports by making a payment of Rs 2500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) [ this is per test rate and if you have taken two or more tests please make the payment accordingly ] by GPay to 9481364624 or HSBC ac 074356338006 & IFSC Code HSBC0560002 in name of Brigadier Rajeev S Athreye. Please send the payment  details on WhatsApp @ 9481364624 or by email to careervdya@gmail.com. We can fix up a counselling session online at your convenience thereafter.

 Step 3 - Detailed analysis of your assessment response, study of your options and counselling. This would take about an hour either online or face to face.

A certified career mentor and psychometric testing professional, Rajeev Athreye brings three decades of experience in the Indian Army and a decade plus of expertise in education and personality assessment. Having served in multiple Services Selection Boards, and been Chairman in Army schools, he has assessed and  mentored thousands of  individuals (student,  professionals and institutions) to discover themselves and move forward towards more meaningful and structured growth.

While conducting personality assessments for thousands of officer aspirants,  I have seen that every individual holds unique potential—and that the right guidance can unlock it. I also enjoy interacting and working with people (especially those in the age group of 13 to 30) - getting them to discover themslelves and up their mojo has been my passion. 

Vdya, is a platform dedicated to democratizing personality insights and career counselling. We aspire to empower students, professionals, and institutions through psychometric tools, personalised coaching, and awareness-building workshops to own their lives and careers". About Me (Rajeev Athreye)

I am a certified psychometric professional, a seasoned personality assessor from the Services Selection Board and have also been Chairman of  Army School(s) during my 35+ years of service with Indian Army. I am the founder of Vdya, a mission-driven personality and career guidance platform that empowers individuals as well as institutionsthrough personalised assessments and mentorship. Career Vdya is one of the verticals of Vdya.in.
